A brand new Seated Strength and Mobility workout class launched last week at Wallis Annenberg’s GenSpace located in Koreatown in Los Angeles.


Last week at Wallis Annenberg’s GenSpace we launched a brand new Seated Strength and Mobility class and it was a hit!

There are so many benefits to weight training while seated, it calls on your abs to fire up even more than when you’re standing. I added a 20 Minute Seated Full Body Workout to my YouTube channel that is geared towards older adults ages 55-85+ that is easily accessible and available to anyone. It’s been a dream getting to curate these workouts and has really lit up a niche part of my passion
