Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a large sheet pan with olive oil and set aside.
Use paper towels to pat dry the salmon fillet ensuring that extra moisture is removed.
Place salmon on sheet pan. In a small bowl, stir together all of the remaining ingredients until they are combined.
Evenly spread the mixture on top of the salmon.
Roast for 10 minutes in your preheated oven and then switch your oven to broil for 5 minutes, or until the top is nicely browned. Remove from heat right away and top with freshly sliced lemons.
