A guide to the props I use to intensify my workouts!
There is so much diversity in the workouts that are on my platform. I believe in keeping you moving in different ways so that you are inspired to hop on and search for a flow that fits exactly what kind of movement you are craving that day. I often use my own bodyweight, but in the flows where I use props, these are the ones I swear by.
Switching between bodyweight workouts and ones that use props keeps your muscles and brain firing to sculpt and tone the muscles throughout your body.
